Overview

Support arrow selection with measurable evidence from shooting trials.

How it works

Arrow measurements, high-speed launch video and target records are linked through manually checked identifiers. Physical properties and launch kinematics are compared with impact dispersion and stability across rounds. The research analysis uses SAM-assisted target segmentation and impact localisation, with manual review to keep the linked observations reliable.

Manually validated arrow identifiers connect physical measurements, high-speed launch observations and SAM-assisted target analysis. Linked records support dispersion and stability analysis across rounds.

Selected contributions

  • Curated and manually validated data linking arrow measurements, shooting trials and target images.
  • Analysed high-speed video to relate shot kinematics to impact patterns.
  • Led the integration of vision models for target segmentation and arrow-impact localisation.
